Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments and confirm meetings with clients, vendors, and staff members.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
  • Client Relations: Greet visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Clerical Support: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A secondary education is required, with a focus on administrative skills and experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is an asset, but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
