We are a reputable organization seeking an experienced Executive Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments and confirm meetings with clients, vendors, and staff members.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
- Client Relations: Greet visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Clerical Support: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A secondary education is required, with a focus on administrative skills and experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is an asset, but not mandatory.
