We are seeking an experienced Executive Secretary to provide administrative support to our team in Kitchener, ON.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain spreadsheets for tracking driver information
  • Issue online training and review applications
  • Coordinate with drivers to schedule inspections and license plate issuing
  • Assist with other office functions as needed

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required. 2-year degree in business related field and 3 years' experience in an administrative capacity or equivalent combination.

Salary and Benefits:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, RRSP matching, and overtime pay.
