GSD Law Professional Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information, maintaining a filing system, and preparing minutes of court sessions and meetings.


Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate the flow of information and maintain a filing system to ensure efficient access to documents and records.
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain a calendar and schedule appointments and meetings as required.
  • Assist with tasks related to court sessions, meetings, and conferences.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:



  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliability and a high level of attention to detail.
