Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at MYRA Systems Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring that their computer systems and networks are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems and networks
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
