Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our sales team in driving growth and expansion.

About Us

State Industrial Products has been a leader in the industry since 1911, helping customers enhance building environments and improve equipment productivity. Our company offers a range of products and services, including market-leading drain maintenance and air care programs, innovative cleaning systems, maintenance supplies, and auxiliary programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a sales territory, utilizing company training tools to learn the sales process and product knowledge.
  • Meet/exceed sales growth targets through continuous growth in average order value, new agreement growth, and average orders per month.
  • Staff the sales organization with the right people and provide field supervision and development of new and veteran sales associates.
  • Establish clear district goals and sales targets through business and territory planning.
  • Maintain/build sales relationships with existing and new customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in a related field.
  • Excellent interviewing skills for sales positions and with customers.
  • Ability to participate in group projects or activities that can result in new ideas generating short-term results.
