As a Director of Revenue Growth and Partnerships, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic vision and revenue growth of the company. You will lead a talented team, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Job Description

The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with a track record of driving revenue growth in SaaS or tech environments. With a strong background in sales leadership and team building, you will focus on customer acquisition, partnership development, and optimizing sales operations to support Amilia's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Sales, Strategic Partnerships, and Sales Operations teams.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Amilia's growth objectives, focusing on customer acquisition and revenue expansion.
  • Own the sales roadmap and define clear objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Partner with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align efforts and create cohesive go-to-market strategies.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and continuously analyze sales performance to optimize strategies.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in sales leadership, with at least 3 years in an executive role (VP or higher).
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven success in leading and scaling high-growth sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, CRM tools (Salesforce experience is preferred), and how to optimize teams for growth.
  • Strong experience in managing teams with a focus on client upsell, renewal, and expansion strategies.
  • Strong background in developing and executing data-driven sales strategies that have led to significant business growth.
  • Experience managing partnerships, sales operations, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Highly responsive, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within Canada and the United States.
