Job Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and Organization: Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Supply Management: Help with ordering office supplies and maintaining an organized workspace.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Abilities: Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
