Administrative Office Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Office Clerk to join our team at the Hamilton International Airport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with internal and external customers, processing shipments, and providing administrative support to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers via phone, fax, and email
- Process shipments in accordance with UPS and local government policies - CBSA
- Input and process data accurately within specific deadlines into UPS systems
- Provide administrative support to management team
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Accurate typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Availability to work longer hours when needed during high volume peak season
What We Offer:
- $16.40 / hour to start
- Paid on a weekly basis – every Friday
