Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Office Clerk to join our team at the Hamilton International Airport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with internal and external customers, processing shipments, and providing administrative support to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers via phone, fax, and email
  • Process shipments in accordance with UPS and local government policies - CBSA
  • Input and process data accurately within specific deadlines into UPS systems
  • Provide administrative support to management team

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accurate typing speed of 40+ WPM
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Availability to work longer hours when needed during high volume peak season
