Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at BANSAL LOGISTICS INC.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital;
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to telephone inquiries and resolving issues efficiently;
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars;
  • Distribute mail and packages, and maintain a secure and organized workspace;
  • Prepare and type correspondence, reports, and other documents with high accuracy;
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid vacation and holidays.
