Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at CELLPHY. This role involves overseeing the sales process, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
