Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at JAY KAY BUSINESS SOLUTIONS.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description:This role involves providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office procedures and routines. Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and relaying messages, compiling data and statistics, and maintaining inventory.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Candidates must be able to work 35 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
