Job Summary

We are seeking an Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at Delta Auto Care and Repair Inc. This is a permanent position offering 30-40 hours of work per week.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating executive tasks, managing calendars, and ensuring seamless day-to-day office operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling appointments and preparing meeting materials;
  • Preparing minutes of meetings and seminars;
  • Managing correspondence and relaying messages;
  • Maintaining inventory and ordering office supplies;
  • Providing excellent customer service and greeting clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and calendar management tools.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off, we also provide opportunities for professional growth and development.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $42,000, based on industry standards and location. However, final compensation will depend on your level of experience and qualifications.
