Administrative Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. as a full-time Office Administrator.
Key Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity;
- Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement;
- Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time;
- Establish clear priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including handling requests under government access to information and privacy legislation;
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate and experience in administration;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Familiarity with MS Office and Google Drive;
- Experience with project coordination and project management is an asset.
The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, and be highly organized.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is between $45,000-$60,000 CAD, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a retirement savings plan.
