About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. as a full-time Office Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement;
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time;
  • Establish clear priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including handling requests under government access to information and privacy legislation;
Requirements
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate and experience in administration;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Google Drive;
  • Experience with project coordination and project management is an asset.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, and be highly organized.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $45,000-$60,000 CAD, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a retirement savings plan.
