Administrative Services Coordinator

ONTARIO INC is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team.
About the JobThis permanent role offers a competitive salary of approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating tasks to office support staff. You will establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines.
You will also administer policies and procedures related to record release under government access to information and privacy legislation, coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
In addition, you will assist in preparing operating budgets, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, assembling data, and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Your responsibilities will include performing data entry, overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, commissioning systems and components, monitoring and evaluating performance, and overseeing payroll administration.
As part of your duties, you will plan and control budgets and expenditures, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, integrity, and teamwork.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate, experience in project coordination, and specialization in project management. They should possess computer and technology knowledge, including social media, accounting software, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and Google Drive.
