Administrative Support Specialist

At MPREX Inc., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and contributing to the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules.
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and oversee payroll administration.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
- Determine and establish office routines and procedures to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and evaluate work environments to control and prevent disease or injury.
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives.
Requirements
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Office, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
