Director, Consumer Experience and Partnerships

Nestlé SA is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Director, Consumer Experience and Partnerships. As a key member of the leadership team, this individual will be responsible for driving Nespresso's business results and brand image in the local market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement an omnichannel B2C strategy based on data and insights to drive business growth and enhance consumer experience.
- Establish partnerships with key Trade partners to drive strategic presence and channel growth, and define and implement the eCommerce strategy to accelerate online acquisition of B2C customers.
- Monitor performance of B2C channels and make decisions on further improvement, and lead leaders by promoting leadership skills and managing the P&L/budget within the department.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of business operations experience, with extensive commercial experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a high-end luxury brand or FMCG. Strong knowledge of the Canadian market, consumers, and Retail industry is required, as well as bilingualism in English and French language skills.

In exchange for your skills and experience, you can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, Nestlé offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings options.
