Job Overview
Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA is seeking a highly experienced Director to lead the B2C Vice President role in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business results and brand image by translating and implementing the global commercial strategy into the local market.

About the Role
This exciting opportunity involves overseeing the development and implementation of an omnichannel B2C strategy based on data insights, ensuring effective liaison with direct and indirect Nespresso channels, and facilitating seamless execution and consistent consumer experience. Additionally, you will establish partnerships with key trade partners to drive strategic presence and channel growth, assess and expand our boutiques network, and define and implement an e-commerce strategy to accelerate online acquisition of customers.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be part of the local Management Team, driving the overall organization's business results by making tactical and strategic decisions, building the organization sustainably, and staying up-to-date with competitors' developments. Key responsibilities include acting as a spokesperson within the organization, managing the P&L/budget within the department, aligning with HQ stakeholders, and promoting leadership skills among team members. You will also attract and retain talent, develop employees through regular coaching and learning activities, and build a strong team that collaborates effectively towards shared goals.

Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with 10+ years of business operations experience, extensive commercial experience in marketing and sales, and a strategic mindset preferably in a high-end luxury brand or FMCG. Strong knowledge of the Canadian market, consumers, and retail industry is essential. Partnership management experience, bilingualism in English and French language skills, and organizational leadership experience are also required. As this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market and worldwide, proficiency in both languages is necessary.
