Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Director to lead our footwear category. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness and sales across diverse channels.

You will work closely with our Head of Digital and Chief Brand Officer to identify key marketing stories and develop content plans that meet company objectives. Your expertise in strategizing, developing, and delivering marketing strategies will be crucial in enhancing brand visibility and driving engagement.

In this role, you will oversee daily e-commerce operations, including site content optimization, merchandising, and adding new inventory to the website via Shopify. You will also concept, create, and schedule social media content that drives business objectives while maintaining brand consistency and elevation.

As a Marketing Director, you will manage budgets and resources to deliver efficient and effective marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Merchandising, to understand seasonal product strategies and flow calendars.

You will also be responsible for understanding marketing and communication needs across all channels, including Retail, Wholesale, and eCommerce, and setting priorities for marketing implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Approximately 5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on retail and/or footwear industry
  • Experience in strategizing, developing, and delivering marketing strategies to meet company objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Knowledge of Shopify Plus, Figma, and Klaviyo a plus
  • Highly organized and able to work both independently and cross-departmentally
  • Enthusiastic and eager to grow and learn with the company
