We are seeking a Senior Talent Partner to support the deployment and sustainment of talent programs across our manufacturing sites.

About Us

BRP is a world leader in recreational vehicles and boats, driven by a spirit of ingenuity and customer focus. Our company operates manufacturing facilities globally, with a diverse workforce of around 20,000 people.

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum (based on location and experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the deployment of talent programs across our manufacturing sites, with customized strategies to meet regional needs.
  • Oversee program logistics, timelines, and resources for successful implementation.
  • Sustain talent programs post-deployment, ensuring long-term adoption and effectiveness.
  • Establish governance frameworks for consistency and effectiveness across regions.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and HRBPs to align talent programs with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in talent management, program implementation, and long-term sustainment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
