Kognitive Marketing Inc is seeking highly motivated sales-oriented individuals to join their team as a Business Development Representative for President's Choice Financial Products. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for educating customers on the features and benefits of our financial products within store pavilions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of President's Choice Financial products.
  • Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's products by being a subject matter expert and advocate for the brand/product.
  • Provide exceptional customer service ensuring customers have a great experience.

  • $75/hour minimum protection guarantee + commission
  • Fully paid training and ongoing coaching to help you achieve your goals and advance in your career.
  • A flexible schedule allowing you to work between 10am-8pm, Monday to Sunday.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 1+ year experience in sales in a financial or retail environment (an asset).
  • Comfortable with sales targets and eager to push the status quo.
  • Customer service or sales experience an asset.
  • Interest in learning and development through coaching and training.
  • Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver's license (an asset).
