Administrative Coordinator for Raya Energy Inc

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Raya Energy Inc. This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational and communication skills.
Job Summary
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
This role also involves carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
The successful candidate will have experience with MS Office and possess strong attention to detail. Additionally, they must be able to oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, monitor and evaluate tasks, and perform data entry duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Degree or diploma in a related field (e.g. business administration, secretarial studies)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office
Benefits
