We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Schuch Enterprise Group of Canada Inc.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position that requires 35 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have completed college/CEGEP studies and possess at least one year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in business administration and management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior executives, including preparing meeting minutes, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, as required.
  • Respond to telephone calls, messages, and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked workspace.
  • Develop and implement manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring efficient information retrieval.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in business administration and management.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
