Job OverviewThis Defective Parts Inventory Coordinator role is essential in supporting the Service Repair Center (SRC) by ensuring the availability of defective service parts with 100% accuracy. The coordinator plays a key role in maintaining and managing the defective inventory, which is crucial for meeting operational goals and maintaining high service levels.
This is a full-time, onsite opportunity at our Richmond Hill, ON location. Applicants must be able to participate in rotation shifts between the hours of 8AM-8PM, Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize, move, and relocate defective service parts in the service area.
- Pick defective parts from the depot shelf against depot repair orders/pick slips.
- Issue defective parts in JDE against repair orders.
- Review daily service parts depot inventory reports and process parts in a timely manner.
- Timely and accurate completion of processing returns from customers, depots, and notification of potential issues to the appropriate parties.
- Solve problems as issues arise, working with the order desk, client relations, buyers, and/or administration to resolve effectively.
