Administrative Services Director

At Lubrination Canada Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Services Director to oversee the operations of our department providing administrative services.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Direct and advise staff engaged in records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to maintain high levels of productivity and quality.
- Interview, hire, and provide training for staff to ensure they meet the required skills and qualifications.
- Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies to optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, public administration, or a related field.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Organized with attention to detail to manage large caseloads efficiently.
This is an on-site position that requires working at our physical location. We offer a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and development.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
