Bento Sushi is a dynamic and growing company seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our business.

This is a permanent position with 35 hours per week. The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 based on industry standards and location.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team. This includes:

  • Planning and Organizing Daily Operations: Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Determining and Establishing Office Procedures and Routines: Develop and implement procedures to maintain a well-organized and productive work environment.
  • Scheduling and Confirming Appointments: Arrange meetings and appointments as needed.
  • Answering Telephone and Relaying Messages: Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or take messages.
  • Providing Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A college diploma or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records and ensure that all tasks are completed accurately.
