Estimated Salary:$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:The Office Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes scheduling appointments, confirming details, and relaying messages to relevant parties. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and confirming appointments for staff members and clients
- Relaying telephone calls and messages to relevant parties
- Compiling data, statistics, and other information as required
- Overseeing the preparation of reports and maintaining accurate records
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct contact or service area
- Setting up and maintaining manual and computerized filing systems
- Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Performing basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A college diploma or equivalent education in a related field
- 1-6 months of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
