Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Insurance Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to our Client Solutions Managers. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain client files in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Process endorsements and mid-term changes to policy as required.
  • Request and process new business and renewals in a timely manner.
  • Prepare invoices, binders, and cover letters for clients.
  • Prepare certificates of insurance and complete post-placement checklists with sign-off from CSM.
  • Handle accounting activities for the team, including claims reporting and adjuster contact information.
  • Access various insurance company portals to obtain policy documents and prepare schedules of insurance.

Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well with team members and others.
  • French business fluency is required.
  • RIBO license is an asset but not mandatory.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

This estimated salary range is based on industry standards and national averages. The actual salary may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
