Support Operations Coordinator

KIYANI LOGISTICS seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing contracts, providing customer service, and performing data entry tasks.
Responsibilities:- Contract Management: Manage contracts with clients and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our system to ensure accurate records and reports.
To be successful as a Support Operations Coordinator, you will need:
- Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: Willingness to train is a must.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate for this role is preferred.
This role requires:
- Tight Deadlines: Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain productivity levels.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
