About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supervisor to join our team at Spicy Palace. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our clubhouse amenities, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate with vendors to arrange for maintenance and repair work, ensuring that all equipment and machinery are in good working condition.
  • Client Support: Assist clients and guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, using your judgement to respond effectively and efficiently.
  • Co-ordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, performing routine checks and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, making adjustments as necessary to maintain high standards.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, ensuring they are done to a high standard.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, managing inventory levels and maintaining stock.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Leadership: Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, overseeing the activities of workers and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Availability: Availability to work 30 to 44 hours per week.
  • Reliability: A strong sense of reliability and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Teamwork: Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
