Overview

The Insurance Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting our Client Solutions Managers, providing administrative and technical assistance to ensure seamless service delivery. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Set up and maintain accurate client files, ensuring all necessary information is readily available.
  • Process endorsements and mid-term changes to policy, streamlining the renewal process.
  • Request and/or process new business and renewals, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare certificates of insurance and complete post placement checklists with sign-off from CSM.
  • Invoicing and completing premium financing contracts, ensuring timely payment and revenue recognition.
  • Prepare and distribute automobile pink slips as required, maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Handle accounting activities for the team, accurately reporting claims and updating adjuster contact information.
  • Access various insurance company portals to obtain policy documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

About You

  • Exceptional computer skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Accurate and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • French business fluency is required, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • RIBO license is an asset, but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
