Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Mobile Savvy.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of financial systems and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, identifying trends and areas for improvement;
  • Post journal entries, reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies;
  • Prepare financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
