We are a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

This role will be responsible for coordinating and planning daily operations, arranging seminars and conferences, and managing training and development strategies. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan daily operations: Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, including scheduling appointments, managing email correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Arrange seminars and conferences: Plan and coordinate logistics for seminars and conferences, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Manage training and development strategies: Identify training needs and develop plans to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • 1-6 months of experience in a related field;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
What We Offer

TAX DONE RIGHT offers a competitive salary of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
