This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon's three-year Operations Leadership Development Program as an intern. As part of this program, you will have the chance to develop your skills and take on progressively challenging opportunities in our established operations network.

The internship is designed to immerse you in operational processes and expose you to the end-to-end supply chain at Amazon. You will own a project where you can apply your analytical skills to solve real business problems and present scalable solutions that will have a significant impact on the business and customer experience.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about taking ownership and driving results. As an intern, you will be part of a dynamic team and will have visibility into what it would be like to manage large teams and work in a world-class logistics company.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience. The estimated total compensation package is approximately $120,000 - $160,000 per year, including bonus and benefits.

You must be currently enrolled in an MBA or equivalent master's level program at the time of application, with a conferral date between December 2025 – June 2026. Additionally, you should have 3+ years of full-time industry work experience or 3+ years of military work experience prior to starting your MBA or master's program.
