Customer Success Manager, Professional Services Expert

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll work closely with our customers to understand their purchasing needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. You'll engage with executive leadership, purchasing teams, and finance teams to drive adoption of Amazon Business solutions and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Current Purchasing Processes: Evaluate opportunities for Amazon Business solutions to improve end-user experiences, reduce costs, and accelerate organization performance.
- Drive Spend Adoption: Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption of Amazon Business solutions and advise customers on best practices for using our solutions.
- Define Project Requirements: Define project requirements and scope for utilizing Amazon Business solutions and oversee program execution.
- Provide Clear Communication: Provide timely, clear, and concise communications to customers and Amazon Business leadership on project status and progress.
- Assess Program Risks: Identify and mitigate program risks, anticipate challenges, and provide escalation management when necessary.
- Automate Service Needs: Focus on automating service needs for customers and work with Product Management and Technical teams to develop solutions that increase customer adoption.
- Meet Targets: Meet or exceed targets for customer and/or feature spend adoption.
- Relay Market Needs: Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams, including Product Management, Technical, and Category Management teams.

Requirements:
- 3+ Years of Sales or Marketing Experience: Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in e-commerce, retail technology, or SaaS.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
- Influencing at All Levels: Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
- Exceeding Sales Targets: Proven ability to exceed sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
- Implementation or Services Delivery Experience: 5+ years of experience in implementation or services delivery, preferably in the B2B industry.
