Senior Business Development Manager, Canada National Security and Defence

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth strategies for Defence in Canada. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with sales leadership and the extended NatSec team to build go-to-market strategies focusing on delivering long-term revenue, adoption, and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the sales team and multiple stakeholders to define and execute sales plans, strategic programs, and initiatives to deliver revenue growth.
- Contribute to the strategic development of work products that maximize and accelerate revenue.
- Work with business leaders from product teams to explore market data, identify trends and opportunities, and execute on business development opportunities.
- Manage internal communications and performance reporting.
- Develop and execute on segment-specific sales and marketing efforts with strategic partners.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
- 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience.
- 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience.
- Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans.
