Job DescriptionThe Business Development Executive - Energy Sales Lead will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding Trimac Energy's market presence. This position involves leading and inspiring a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious sales goals, foster client relationships, and develop strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Leveraging deep understanding of the energy sector to develop informed sales strategies.
- Identifying and addressing the unique needs of energy sector clients, such as fuel logistics, safety compliance, and sustainability goals.
- Establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with energy companies, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to strengthen Trimac Energy's market position.
- Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive market growth, expand client base, and increase revenue.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant graduate degrees are preferred.
- A minimum of 8-10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the energy or transportation sector.
As a Business Development Executive - Energy Sales Lead, you can expect a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $120,000-$150,000, based on experience.
