Job Description:

Richardson Executive Search is a boutique executive search firm based in both Edmonton and Calgary, Alberta, servicing clients across Canada.

This role offers a unique opportunity of strategic input and influence without time-consuming people management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic account development to achieve market share growth.
  • Developing and fostering long-term relationships with world-class organizations.
  • Engaging in daily prospecting and conducting high-level consultation meetings with C-Suite executives and business owners.
  • Presenting Richardson's services, highlighting the value proposition and differentiating factors.
  • Collaborating closely with Vice Presidents to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Account management, focusing on building and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in high-level sales roles, particularly in B2B service sales, and in the professional services industry.
  • Extensive experience partnering with C-Suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets and KPIs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Ability to manage accounts, including contract negotiation, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Intrinsically driven to exceed sales goals and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) required.
