Business Development Executive

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in finding and engaging new business leads in Alabama. Utilizing company-provided lists and prospecting skills, you will identify opportunities for estimators to bid on projects. Excellent English communication skills are essential for connecting with potential clients through calls and emails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and send emails to businesses in Alabama to generate new leads.
- Identify and qualify potential clients and business opportunities through prospecting and research.
- Forward qualified leads to estimators for bidding.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow up as needed.
- Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Google Voice for day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Experience in business development or sales, preferably in a similar role.
- Ability to prospect and research potential leads independently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Google Voice.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience working in a remote sales development role.
- Familiarity with business development in the construction or service industries.
