Business Development Executive

At Iron Mountain, we're on a mission to preserve the world's most valuable assets and protect our customers' data privacy. As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a critical role in driving net new sales and revenue from prospective and existing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer needs and determine the best Iron Mountain solutions to meet their objectives
  • Build strong relationships with key customer decision-makers to understand their business goals and objectives
  • Partner with customers to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and revenue
  • Ensure seamless communication to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Prospect and develop new clients, while expanding existing relationships to drive sales growth
  • Manage a consistent pipeline to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Develop and execute detailed RFP responses, track progress in Salesforce, and forecast sales performance
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, securing resources and driving revenue growth

Requirements and Competencies:

  • Proven expertise in strategic account management, sales process, and solution selling
  • Ability to translate customer needs into solution requirements
  • Strong influence and negotiation skills, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and business acumen skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Excellent team collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels
  • Four-year college degree and 4-7 years of experience in sales or a related field
