Job Title: Corporate Development Director

This role offers a unique opportunity for strategic input and influence without time-consuming people management responsibilities. Your primary objective will be achieving market share growth through strategic account development and fostering long-term relationships with world-class organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Embark on daily prospecting and conduct high-level consultation meetings with C-Suite executives and business owners in our target markets.
  • Account Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their trusted partner.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop customized solutions that meet client requirements and drive continuous improvement.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and client-specific challenges to provide proactive solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in high-level sales roles, particularly in business-to-business (B2B) service sales, and in the professional services industry.
  • Extensive experience partnering with C-Suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets and KPIs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with C-suite professionals and business owners.
