About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at Max/Pro Tax Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our office staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports, including financial reports, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our data.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, time management.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
