About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Max/Pro Tax Inc. as an Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Office Procedures: Develop and implement office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operation.
  • Communication: Answer electronic enquiries, compile data and statistics, and type and proofread correspondence and documents.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after sales, ensuring their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
