About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at Max/Pro Tax Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Operations
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Staff Support
    • Train staff members on administrative procedures and policies.
    • Delegate work to office support staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, and time management.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
