About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at Max/Pro Tax Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Coordinate the ordering and inventory of office materials and supplies.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Training and Development
    • Provide training and support to new staff members.

Requirements
