We are seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to join our team at Wireless DNA Inc. in Markham, Ontario, Canada.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth by staying up-to-date with new products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate superior customer service skills, de-escalating issues and providing alternative solutions.
- Stay informed about new company products and services, promoting them to customers in a timely manner.
- Utilize digital tools to interact with customers, meeting and exceeding key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide alternative solutions, effectively communicating updates and changes.
- Work a varied and flexible schedule, Monday through Sunday.
- Maintain a positive attitude when dealing with customers.
- Enjoy building rapport with customers.
- Ensure customers understand our products and services.
- Take ownership, show initiative, and lead in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and handle challenging feedback.
