Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:- Drive company growth by expanding our territory and capturing market share.
- Pursue qualified outbound leads and uncover future new construction projects within your territory.
- Proactively engage and build strong relationships with existing repeat clients in the PTAC replacement market.
- Capture and organize key market and customer data in our CRM system and scorecards.
- Experience in business development and B2B product sales.
- Comfortable using a CRM and ability to quickly learn new tools and products.
- Able to overcome challenges and pivot to win back the sale.
As a Business Development Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work in an autonomous role, managing your time and leads while growing your knowledge of our sales approach and vision.
You will participate in selected marketing activities, including attending tradeshows to build contacts and uncover new business opportunities.
Salary RangeThe estimated salary for this position is between $65,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
LocationThis is an on-site role in Markham, Ontario, with the option of working remotely one day a week.
