Executive Support Specialist

Role OverviewThe Senior Executive Assistant will provide advanced administrative support to multiple Management Committee members onsite 5 days a week.
Your primary focus will be to enhance the effectiveness of executives, promote proactive communication, and drive organizational improvements.
About the RoleYou'll work closely with executives to provide strategic decision-making support, review and manage correspondence, prepare communications, and complete corporate forms.
You'll also coordinate executive leadership team meetings, plan and organize events, and arrange visits to local frontline operations.
This role requires strong business acumen, judgment, and the ability to confidentially manage sensitive information and relationships within the bank.
Requirements- A post-secondary education in Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
- 2+ years of experience in Banking, Finance, Insurance, or Tech
- Comprehensive written and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
