Senior Leadership Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Leadership Support Specialist to provide critical support to our client's senior leadership team in Downtown Toronto. This role demands excellent organizational abilities, a proactive mindset, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Job Description:
- Deliver high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing presentations.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite with advanced proficiency.
- Manage and organize executive calendars, coordinate complex travel arrangements, and handle expense reporting.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives.
- Background in legal, financial services, or regulatory sectors is essential.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Workday is a strong asset.
