About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting staff, and completing administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role and possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence, schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain office supplies.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and report preparation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
