We are a dynamic and growing company seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team.



Job Summary


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities.



Key Responsibilities


- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness


- Delegate work to office support staff to optimize productivity and workload


- Establish clear work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met


- Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and record-keeping


- Coordinate and plan for office services, such as equipment maintenance and supply procurement


- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures


- Plan and control budget and expenditures for administrative purposes



Requirements


- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; post-secondary education an asset


- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment


- Strong communication and organizational skills


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team


- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications



Compensation


The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.



Work Environment


This is a full-time position, working on-site at our Twisters Donair & Pizza location. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
